Mancura is the guardian of the harvest, protecting it from other animals, pests, strangers and bad weather. In mythology it is considered to be the protector, lookout and informant of bad and good omens.

These are reserve wines from the Casablanca and Maipo Valleys. They are characterised by their greater complexity and structure, accompanied by good fruity quality and freshness. The Sauvignon Blanc is fermented and stored in stainless steel, while the reds are fermented in stainless steel and then aged for 12 months in casks made of French oak.

Oak aged One part is then fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures and the other in French oak casks. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is kept in both cases on its lees and stirred weekly to ensure that the whole volume of the wine comes into contact with the lees. This operation is continued until the moment comes for making the final mix for bottling, usually after 10 months.
